Mitchel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ScaleStead, a financial operations company built to help businesses streamline their back office functions, strengthen financial performance, and build the operational infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth. With a background spanning executive financial leadership, business ownership, real estate, and operations management, Mitchel brings a unique combination of financial expertise and real world business experience to ScaleStead.
Prior to founding ScaleStead, Mitchel served as Chief Financial Officer for a large, multi-location organization, where he gained extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimization, financial reporting, and strategic business planning. His experience managing the financial complexities of a multi-location operation provided a strong foundation for developing scalable financial systems and improving organizational efficiency.
Beyond his corporate financial leadership, Mitchel is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has owned and operated businesses within the real estate and property management industries. This entrepreneurial experience has given him firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face, from managing daily operations and controlling expenses to building profitable, sustainable companies.
